Alex is a yoga teacher and actor originally from the US. Her yoga journey started during university, where she studied physical theatre, but it wasn’t until she played the role of a yogi in a show that she made the choice to become a teacher.
Under the guidance of Bridget Woods Kramer and Ananda Leone, Alex received her 200 hour YTT in Bali. Alex’s yoga classes are playful and calming with a subtle focus on alignment. She believes that yoga is not only a beautiful way to reconnect body, breath, and mind, but it is also a wonderful practice to help connect with others, creating a greater sense of community.
Alex teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, and Wellbeing sessions. She is available for private 1:1 sessions, private group sessions, and Corporate classes. For more details or to book a session with Alex, get in touch.
