Offer your employees the gift of wellbeing sessions. Choose from yoga, meditation, mindfulness, journalling, or a combination - each session tailored to suit your employees' needs. Typically, sessions range from 30-60 minutes and include gentle stretching and movement to target areas that might feel uncomfortable after sitting at a desk all day (i.e. neck, shoulder, back). These sessions are designed to reduce stress, alleviate tension, and improve mental and physical health which will lead to improved productivity, enhanced morale, and increased resilience.
